CatchE: Catchall email creator/manager + email hosting
Email servicesCatchE helps you create and manage unlimited catchall emails. Regardless of the SEO or Digital Marketing application you use, if you need emails, CatchE will automate the entire process for you.
- The subscription includes a CatchE license and 200 MB of cPanel email hosting, making it sufficient for handling a lot of projects simultaneously. Both your license and email hosting are activated automatically right after your purchase.
- You can add unlimited domains to your cPanel email hosting, allowing you to create unlimited unique domain emails and unlimited subdomain emails.
- Unlimited threads for cPanel email hosting.
- Please note that you will need to add your own domains to the email hosting. This ensures that you have the highest quality emails possible, as they belong exclusively to you, without being shared with anyone else, unlike other catchall email services available.
- Each license can be used on one device. If you need to run CatchE on additional devices, you will need to purchase more licenses.
- If you cancel your subscription, your license will stop working, and your cPanel email hosting will be terminated. If you resubscribe (paying only the $9/month subscription fee), the license will be reactivated immediately, and a new cPanel email hosting account will be generated for you.
- The price for a CatchE license is $99, plus a fixed subscription fee of $9 per month, which includes the 200 MB email hosting account.
- You have the option to request a full refund within 3 days of subscribing, no questions asked.
With CatchE, you have the option to automate the process of creating catchall emails. You can set the interval, the number of emails you want, and your preferred export format. It could be any format you need: GSA SER, Money Robot, XRumer, RankerX, or any other type. CatchE will create and export based on your preferences to a text file at each interval.
If you’re a GSA SER user, CatchE has something handy and special for you. The FreshMail Auto-Updater feature allows you to automatically manage the emails for each of your GSA Search Engine Ranker projects. It will update your selected project’s emails and delete old ones at the interval you set. This means you no longer need to manage the emails in your GSA SER project manually—you can completely forget about the email section!
Description
What are catchall emails?
Catchall emails are email addresses that automatically forward all emails sent to any address at a given domain to a single inbox. For example, if you have a catchall set up for “yourdomain.com,” emails sent to “[email protected]” will all land in the same inbox, even if the specific address doesn’t exist. With catchall emails, you will have an unlimited number of new emails that can be recognized as unique emails on one domain. How does CatchE look like?
After logging in and connecting to the email hosting server, this is what the program looks like. You can select the domain where you want to create or manage catchall emails, or you can leave it on the default option to view all emails within your email host or create catchall emails randomly across all available domains.
On the left panel, you can rapidly create new catchalls with a single click, while on the right panel, you can view the currently available emails, their disk usage, and their credentials. You also have the option to remove any unwanted emails and easily export selected or all emails in your preferred format. You can add unlimited export types and use them throughout CatchE.
This is how the automation section looks. You can set your preferred interval, adjust your settings, and choose how you want new emails to be exported. If you select “GSA SER FreshMail Auto-Updater,” you will have the option to choose your desired projects and specify how many emails you want to be imported into each GSA SER project every time it runs. Once configured, everything will be managed automatically, and you just need to ensure that CatchE remains open.
